ARTWORK GUIDELINES AND PROOFS

IN HOUSE LAYOUTS - METAL GRAPHICS, INC. has the capabilities and experience to produce our customers' artwork from the beginning of their idea to the final images.

CUSTOMER SUPPLIED ARTWORK GUIDELINES: 

Use Original Artwork if possible

Artwork should be saved in one of the following formats:  .eps,  .ai,  .dwg,  .dxf,  .pdf, .rou

Convert fonts to line art - outlines, curves, paths

Specify overall sizes and sizes of holes, cutout, round corners (if applicable)

Images must be saved as 1:1

Black and White artwork is preferred

Specify colors - Specify Pantone Colors for special color mixes

PROOFS

All customers will receive a proof before their job is fabricated.  Proofs can be faxes, emailed, or mailed depending on the customers' preference.  Please take the time to verify that the information on the proof is correct.  TheProof Approval sheet must be signed and returned before finial production will begin.
